Favorite Sonic Game?

We are all entitled to our own opinion about games, so here is mine on Sonic and the Black Knight

Its probably my favorite game, even though I dont own it. I mean, I love Sonic and I love King Arthur tales, and I live by the Knights Code of Honor.
People say that it was kinda short, and I agree T_T
But overall, the stages were good, the boss battle with Merlina was great, Black Knight battle was HARD, beating Lancelot again was HARDER, and Tails was cute.
Music was good too

Lol...can't you just wait till I make the intro place? XD Its next on my list!

mine was Sonic Zero gravity riders too it WOULD be shadow the hedge hog but sega ruined my favorite char

They didn't really so much ruin him as they over did him. Guns are ok...but the over use...thats over kill. Motorcycle I don't mind either....but cars in general...*shrug* I dun really like'em.

hmmm good point I agree I did like the motorcycle, working for a G.U.N., and him using something like pistols but everything else way to much.

well he didn't need guns, nor a motorcycle, nor G.U.N. They were implemented horrendously, the storyline was nothing short of catastrophic, it almost controlled worse than secret rings, AND the continuity was shot to hell.

you are right about the story but seeing Shadow on a motorcycle...using guns...and recently found out even a sword in sonic and the black knight. he at least looked cool with them sonic on the other hand just look wrong. driving a car or using a sword.

I'm a critic, I can't help it. Besides we can't let any lazynes pass. All sub-par games, sonic or otherwise, shall be pointed out so that future mistakes can be avoided.

I sorta agree with James on this tho I will also say that James is super critc! able to make even the most optimistic people in the world feel bad for what they made in a single bound XD.

What I *want* is for sonic team to stop being so lazy and put in more than an afterthoughts worth of effort into the stuff they make. It's not difficult, fans all over the world have made fangames and fanfiction 100x better than the games and stories sonic team comes up with. And the fans did it for free in 1/10th the time with1-10 people as opposed to sonic team's 60. They did NO research into Shadow the hedgehog, anyone with a child's knowledge of guns could tell you you don't pump an mp5. Every bit of that game was absolutely NOTHING but a cash whore, the themes the character, the story, the guns, the music, the addition of vehicles, the good/evil system EVERYTHING was just made to make us buy it and leech our money. It disappoints me that the same teem who showed such creativity and ingenuity at first would end up so sh*t faced corrupt. Tisk tisk. And now they see we've started to see this and what do they do? They rip the sprites from sonic 3, spruce them up as little as they could, and release it to us in chunks and make us pay near full price for each piece preying on our nostalgia... Anyway my favorite sonic game is a hot contest between sonic 3 and cd.

I have Shadow the Hedgehog (yet to finish any story >.> loss of interest), and the only thing I like about that game are the different songs.

P.S. Im still doing my costume, the only excalibur sonic costume ever made

Nice. And yes I did like the music as well, after all they DID get a popular band at the time to do the music for the game... So they could put the songs in the trailer and ads.
